This five-day urban art class will explore various forms of guerilla art and how they are used to impact thought and opinion in today’s media culture. From Shepard Fairey to Banksy, wheat pasting to stencil cutting, we will explore all kinds of art born in the streets. Students will explore traditions and techniques used both locally and internationally. Students will create various kinds of urban art and will get to exhibit their creations to the public.
