Rowland Hall SummerWorks provides an active and engaging day camp experience for students from a wide variety of schools across the Salt Lake area. Every summer, campers make friends, learn new skills, create memories, and have a blast!
Campers between the ages of 4 years and those entering 9th grade will find a range of activities and options that allow them to design a summer around their specific interests and imaginations. With week-to-week sessions, SummerWorks is an accessible and convenient option for parents looking to build a fun and flexible summer schedule. We recruit and train the very best camp staff members and expert instructors who together create an unparalleled summer experience for your child. This is the key to making SummerWorks a summer like no other. |
SUMMERWORKS CUBS
Due to COVID restrictions we will not be offering camp to our youngest campers in 2021. Camp will only be offered to rising 1st graders and up. This is primarily due to the fact that our youngest campers do sometimes require more assistance with activities (bathroom use, sunscreen, rest time, etc.) that would not allow our staff to maintain recommended social distancing. Please check back with us next summer!
Early Childhood Program for children 4 and 5 years of age. Campers must be at least 4 years old. Full Day and Morning Half Day options available.
Our campers experience summer at eye level. Every minute of their SummerWorks time is designed to nurture budding curiosities in a safe and supportive environment. At the core of our Early Childhood Program is a fantastic staff hired specifically to work with our youngest campers. Each staff member brings a background in early childhood development and a passion for fostering growth through safe and engaging activities.

SUMMERWORKS LEOS
Day Camp Extraordinaire for kids entering 1st through 5th grade.
Full Day option only.
Our Leos take summer by storm during their fun-filled days at SummerWorks. At the heart of our program is our energetic and dedicated counselor team. They pair up to lead our Leo campers in innovative activities, accompany them on memorable field trips, and participate side by side with Leos during our weekly Adventure Days. Similar to last summer, all of our Leos will be split into 4 dens of no more than 14 campers with 2 staff. All Leos will be grouped based on their rising grade level. The 4 groups of Leos will remain in independent "Pods" with their own on- campus space. Den groups will be kept separate from one another to avoid community spread of COVID-19.
